Welcome to Rik Fitness! I'm Riccardo, aka Rik, a certified Personal Trainer based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, with a fully-equipped home studio to cater for all your fitness goals! I believe that personal training should be accessible to everyone, which is why I offer affordable training sessions and discounted packages.

As a certified trainer in postural retraining, corrective exercise, functional training for sports and rehabilitation, back care, and specific populations (including older adults, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, arthritis, osteoporosis, pregnancy, post-natal, and adolescents), I have the expertise to tailor my approach to your unique needs.

Why should you get a personal trainer?

You get a personalised fitness plan that is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and abilities. This plan can help you achieve your fitness goals more efficiently and effectively than trying to figure it out on your own.
Accountability. When you have a scheduled appointment, you are more likely to show up and put in the work. I can also help you stay motivated and on track, which can be especially helpful if you're just starting out on your fitness journey.
Help with proper form and technique. This is especially important if you're doing exercises that require good form to avoid injury. I can also help you progress in your workouts by gradually increasing the intensity and challenging you in new ways.
