One-on-One Personal Training

Roadrunner Running Training

Looking to improve your running performance and stay injury-free? The Roadrunner Training package is designed for runners of all levels who want to improve their strength, speed, and endurance. Whether you're preparing for an upcoming running event, looking to get a parkrun PB, or simply want to stay injury-free while improving your running, this program is perfect for you!

The program includes two weekly sessions: one in-studio for conditioning and one outdoors for running drills. During the studio session, we'll focus on building your core strength, improving your balance, and targeting the muscles used in running. We'll use a variety of equipment and techniques to keep your workouts challenging and engaging.

During the outdoor session, we'll put your newfound strength and speed to the test with running drills designed to improve your technique and endurance. I will guide you through each drill, offering feedback and adjustments as needed to ensure that you're getting the most out of your workout. Plus, I am the only personal trainer in Shrewsbury that actually runs with my clients!

My Roadrunner Training package is perfect for runners of all levels who want to take their performance to the next level. With a focus on strength, speed, and endurance, you'll see improvements in all aspects of your running. HIIT Boxing Training Sessions

My HIIT Boxing package is the perfect way to get your heart rate up, burn calories, and tone your muscles. Each 30-minute session involves high-intensity boxing drills and intervals that incorporate legs, core, and abs workouts. You'll work up a sweat while punching and kicking, improving your cardiovascular endurance, and toning your entire body.

One of the best things about HIIT Boxing is the calorie burn. In just 30 minutes, you can burn up to 700 calories and continue to burn more for hours after the session. And because my HIIT Boxing classes are designed with high-intensity intervals, you'll get the maximum benefit in the shortest amount of time.

I will guide you through each exercise with proper form and technique, ensuring that you're getting the most out of your workout while minimising the risk of injury.

I charge a monthly rolling fee (no committment, you can cancel at anytime!) to ensure complete flexibility for all of my clients.

Online Personal Training Group Classes

I host two online personal training classes via Zoom per week. You can read more details below about each session and when they take place. You must book your place, to do so either contact me OR you can request to join my Facebook Group and book through there. In addition to the physical benefits, my classes are also a great way to connect with others and stay motivated on your fitness journey, plus, joining via Zoom makes it easy to do so from the comfort of your own home or wherever you are

Core & Legs Strengthening

Monday's at 6:15pm - £4

This group class is designed to help you build strength in your core and lower body while also improving your overall fitness.

I guide you through a series of exercises that target your core muscles, glutes, hamstrings, and quads. I periodically change the routines to keep it interesting and to ensure you're kept on your toes!

This class is suitable for all fitness levels, whether you're beginner or experienced. I provide modifications and progressions throughout to ensure that everyone is working at their own level.

High Intensity Cardio (HIIT)

Tuesday's at 6:15pm - £4

This group class is designed to challenge your cardiovascular endurance and help you burn calories while also improving your overall fitness.

I guide you through a series of high-intensity exercises that will get your heart rate up and keep you sweating. You'll use a combination of bodyweight exercises and cardio drills to push your limits and increase your fitness level.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels, whether you're a beginner or experienced, I provide modifications and progressions to ensure that everyone is working at their own level.
