This is a program for runners wanting to improve on strength and speed, preparing for an upcoming running event or stay injury free, this program will improve balance, core strength and target muscles used in running. Two weekly personal training sessions, including studio for conditioning and outdoors for running drills.
H.I.I.T. Box Workout
30 minutes of high intensity boxing drill intervals, involving legs, core and abs workouts that will burn up to 700 calories and will continue to burn more for hours after the workout session.
One On One Personal Training
Personal training session to cater for all of your fitness goals. Includes warm up, resistance training, cardio, cool down, assisted stretching and nutrition advice. Each workout session differs to keep it new and exciting.
High intensity 30 minutes interval training circuit that will give you a full body and cardio workout.
Each exercise is performed for 1 minute followed by 30 seconds rest. It’s a guaranteed fat burner and will improve overall fitness, stamina and body strength and is suitable for all ages and sex. Rik will adjust and simplify exercises according to your fitness and ability and group size is 8 people max, making it a personal training experience and not a gym class.
Tabata Training Sessions
High intensity timed workout. Eight simple bodyweight exercises performed sequentially for 20″ with 10″ rest in between. This completes a 4 minute round of up to max of eight rounds in total. How many rounds can you complete? Bring a friend/partner along and see if you can last longer!
