Next week’s H.I.I.T. Club is on Tuesday the 14th 6.30pm at Quaker House in Coton Hill .
H.I.I.T. Circuit Club
Small Group ” Personal Training ” session.

High intensity 30 minute interval training circuit that will give you a full body and cardio workout.
Each exercise is performed for 1 minute only followed by 30 seconds rest.
It’s a guaranteed fat burner and will improve overall fitness, stamina and body strength and is suitable for all ages and sex.
Rik will adjust and simplify exercises according to your fitness and ability making it a personal training experience and not a gym class.
Booking a place is necessary.
The session cost is £4.50 per adults and £3.50 for under 18s.
