Small Group ” Personal Training ” session.
This week it will be held on Tuesday the 23rd and Friday the 26th of June 6.15 pm at Greenfields Church.
High intensity 30 minute interval training circuit that will give you a full body and cardio workout.
Each exercise is performed for 1 minute only followed by 30 seconds rest.
It’s a guaranteed fat burner and will improve overall fitness, stamina and body strength and is suitable for all ages and sex.
Rik will adjust and simplify exercises according to your fitness and ability making it a personal training experience and not a gym class.
Booking a place is necessary because session is limited to 12 people.
The session cost is £4.50 per adults and £3.50 for under 18s.
