FREE* TABATA Sessions in August, Thursdays to Saturdays. (*t&c apply)
Amazing high calorie burning workout.
Simple eight body weight exercises performed in sequence only for 20 seconds and followed by 10 seconds rest . One round lasts 4 minutes and the complete session can be a maximum of 8 rounds. How many sessions can you last? Bring a friend along and see who can complete more rounds and burn up to 600 calories in the process!!!

*t&c : studio only sessions, minimum of two people, subject to availability, only one session per person per week, offer ends 31st of August.
