Become a strong confident runner: suitable for any distance up to Full Marathon
Rik has ran 20 Half Marathons this year so far and is planning to run another 80 in 2016.
It’s a charity challenge for Cancer Research Uk and his training consists of two 30 minutes strength training sessions per week specifically designed for runners that want to run any distance and avoid chronic injuries associated with the sport and become confident to push harder and achieve personal bests.
All the runners that have tried this program at Rik Fitness have achieved PBs and improved their performance.
